Comprehensive refurbishment of number 49, a 1925 building renewed under a project that incorporates eight residences and eighteen parking spaces. The works include the basement, ground floor entrance level, three upper floors and the attic, along with the restoration and reconstruction of the main façade, which is integrated into the new architectural design.

This typology distributes the home on a single floor. The entrance leads to a bright living-dining room with an integrated open-plan kitchen.
