Distinctive architecture in a natural setting

This exclusive property presents a rural Galician architecture that is distinguished by careful attention to its structure, selection of materials such as wood and glass and a harmonious chromatic palette in the interior of its rooms. Accessed through the pedestrian entrance, a stone wall, Santiago type, accompanies and introduces the inner core of the house and then leaves it towards the opposite boundary of the property. The second and third modules, on both floors, are connected by walkways or corridors, the third one having large private bathrooms for the use of the bedrooms.

The fourth module, on the first floor, contains the garage, the ironing room, the laundry room and a utility area; on the first floor there is a large bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and a general storage room.

On the exterior, two porches enjoy rust-finished iron columns. The windows with thermal break and Climalit facilitate the connection between the exterior and interior space.

This unique property, located on a plot of 2,000 m2 on the eastern slope of a valley dotted with single-family homes that define the rural structure of the Galician territory, has in the village of As Buceleiras its reference point.
