New single-family houses for sale in Oleiros

This is a project of seven single-family homes located in Arillo, Oleiros. The design features contemporary architecture with traditional touches that contribute to a warm atmosphere both inside and out. The project combines an expressive sloped roof, a variety of textures that define the volumes, and large windows that provide natural light and open views of the garden, where tree growth is integrated into the building envelope. Each element of the design has been conceived to create a spacious welcome, with double-height areas and a layout that incorporates sloped ceilings and curved enclosures. These features guide movement through the different rooms while adapting to the particular geometry of the plot. The spatial configuration generates a sense of comfort and enclosure within an open-plan layout. Careful attention has been paid to material selection and to the detailed design of each space.

The plot, located within a residential development, has a triangular shape and slopes northwest. The total area covers approximately 4,238 m², divided into seven units. Each unit is arranged over two floors, with a built area starting from 240 m².

The development is located near the beaches of Oleiros, close to the Xaz golf course, and just 3 km from the center of Santa Cruz. It enjoys good connectivity via the Vía Ártabra and is only 20 minutes from the city of A Coruña.
